A little about me......a couple of years ago I was fat and unhappy. On August 22, 2006 I decided to make a change, a life change. I enrolled myself in the Body for Life program and started eating healthy and working out. At first I didn't go hardcore on the workouts, I started slow with just the treadmill, and then I worked my way up to the stairmaster, bike, and running. I also starting doing an ab routine, and lifting weights. I lost the weight very slowly, about two pounds a week, but it stayed off. When I started I was 167 lbs, and I got down to 119 lbs! This took about four months. Now, a year and a half later I am proud to say that I have for the most part maintained my loss, I stay at about 125 now, and I do allow myself some indulgences with food! All in all, it was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I am happier, feel better, and best of all, I think I look better!
